Niven El Refaay
Egyptian, b. 1975
was born in Alexandria. She graduated in 1998 with a BA from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Painting Department at Alexandria University.
She is a member of the Syndicate of Fine Artists. In addition to her work as a professional artist she also began her career in academia in 2005 at Alexandria University. She began as an assistant lecturer in the painting department then became an instructor followed by assistant professor and finally professor.
