Neven Nathan
Egyptian artist, Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Helwan University. She is also the founder of Al Jazeera Arts Salon.
She participated in many group exhibitions in Egypt starting in 2018. Her works are essentially sculptural blocks that have been emptied and “healed” of appendages and anatomical details, to become expressive and symbolic instances of rhythmic movement, alluding to the human form without direct realism. These are states of contradictory expression between standing and sitting, or between reclining and rising, or between bending and straightening.
