He graduated from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Fine Arts in 2006 and holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts in 2011. He drew in several Lebanese newspapers, and currently draws in Dubai Cultural Magazine. Al-Leqes also previously won the UNICEF award in the caricature category in the years 2011 and 2012, respectively. He won the Naji Al-Ali Cartoon Award.
