(Egyptian, b. 1979) was born in Qena. He is an assistant professor in the painting department at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Luxor. He has exhibited extensively around Egypt in Cairo, Port Said, Alexandria, and Luxor. Aboelhamd is deeply inspired by the temples and tombs of Luxor where he lives. He is also inspired by daily life in villages and mural paintings, painted for generations.
