(Egyptian, b. 1945) is a pioneer in the abstract movement in Egypt and the Middle East.

He participated in many exhibitions in Lebanon, Kuwait, Jordan and Iraq, as well as the exhibitions of Cairo’s El-Hanager Art Center from 1995 to1999, among others.

Chiha received several awards, including a Certificate of Appreciation from the California Government Council for his artwork there in 1989, the gold medal from Alexandria University, the State Appreciation Award in Arts in 2016 and other local and international honors.
