She has worked as an interior designer and has lived in Cairo and Minya. Nahla has showcased her work in various solo and group exhibitions locally and internationally, including at Saqia Abdel Moneim El-Sawy and the Atelier Cairo Gallery. She has received several awards, such as first prize in the "Nahr Al-Bahr" drawing competition in 2009. Nahla has also been granted creative exemptions from Egypt's Ministry of Culture in 2009, 2011, and 2012. Her artwork is part of private collections in Egypt, Spain, and Saudi Arabia.
