He specialized in graphics and earned a BA in Graphic Design from Helwan University in 1991, followed by a Diploma in Computer Graphic Arts from Cairo Governorate in 1998.

Al-Qusaifi is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the Syndicate of Fine Artists, Cairo Atelier Group, Al-Ghouri Artists Group, and the Egyptian Advertising Association. His professional career includes roles as a graphic designer, senior designer, and technical director at various advertising agencies, such as Damco, Uni Art, Ain Advertising Company, and Target Advertising Company. He is currently serving as the artistic director of Nadwa Press House in Hong Kong.
