Qatari

is a Qatari artist based in Doha with a Fine Arts degree from Qatar University and membership in the Qatar Fine Arts Society.

Her work explores emotional and psychological themes through expressive depictions of faces, eyes, and the fluidity of water. Recently, her focus has shifted toward nature, emphasizing water as a symbol of life and continuity. Al-Saffar has exhibited internationally in New York, France, Japan, Tunisia, and across the Arab world, including recent symposiums in Luxor and Amman (2024). She also bridges art with fashion through collaborations like “Kayla” and supports social causes through projects like "Reach Out to Asia" Her 2017 residency in Paris deepened her artistic vision,

culminating in a public lecture at the Doha Fire Station.
