He holds a PhD in Art Education from Helwan University, where he also works as a lecturer in sculpture. A founding member of the Egyptian Heritage Preservation Society, Baher has held exhibitions in Egypt and abroad, including a 2023 show at the Museum of Modern Egyptian Art. He has participated in many local group exhibitions and international events, such as the 2017 Belgorod Symposium in Russia. Baher won third place in the 2019-2020 Adam Henein Sculpture Competition and has led workshops for youth across Egypt.
