He earned his PhD in Fine Arts from Helwan University in 2011 and has participated in numerous local and international exhibitions. Known for his diverse use of materials and deep visual concepts, Romia's work often explores themes of spirituality and personal experience. Notable pieces include "Spiritualities," which uses transparent colors to convey spiritual depth, and "The Southerner's Dream," inspired by the longing of Upper Egyptians living abroad. These works, among others, have been showcased in various exhibitions, including a group show at Picasso Gallery alongside both senior and emerging artists.
