Blue Vista is a space for contemplation rather than a conventional exhibition; a realm where memory intertwines with imagination, and color becomes a gateway to serenity and inward reflection.

Here, blue transforms from a visual element into an emotional
experience, unfolding through a journey that spans from the 1950s of Egyptian art to the present day. It traces an evolving path that reflects shifts in aesthetic consciousness and changing relationships between form, memory, and reality. The exhibition is organized by Picasso East Art Gallery.

The exhibition brings together works by 44 artists from diverse generations and artistic backgrounds, including Rabab Nemr, Tahia Halim, Mohamed Kabbany, Zeinab El-Segini, Seif Wanly, Gazbia Sirry, Rushdy Iskandar, Inji Efflatoun, Hussein Bikar, Omar El-Nagdi, George Bahgoury, Ahmed Shiha, Mostafa El-Feki, Hassan Abdel Fattah, and Gamil Shafeik.

Blue here is not merely a color, but a feeling akin to the sea when it is calm—a space of stillness that allows one to slow down, breathe, and let thoughts move freely.

It is the color that softens the noise within and restores imagination to its natural place in our lives, as if the sea, through its vastness and tranquility, grants us a moment of clarity in which we can see ourselves more deeply and peacefully.

Drawing its depth from water and its vastness from the horizon, blue exists in a suspended territory between matter and the infinite, between presence and possibility.

Throughout the works on display, blue does not appear as a singular color, but as layers of human experience: at times an inner calm, at times a distance, and at others a dream open to endless possibilities.

The exhibited works form a multi-voiced visual dialogue where different artistic approaches intersect, reshaping the relationship between humanity and the world through a color that becomes a shared language—a small dream, a distance, or a memory gently floating upon the surface of the soul.
